THE OYSTER BAR<\/h2>\n

The Caf\u00e9 de la Plage – Chez Pierre, is also renowned for seafood, elegantly arranged on our famous shellfish bar ! Langoustines, crab, lobster, shrimps, whelks and winkles… The restaurant offers a selection of exceptional seafood and shellfish, a daily direct arrival of the freshest. Nicolas and Na\u00efm are the oysters openers of the house. The cooking, the opening of the shellfish, the composition of the trays, it is their trademark!<\/p>\n

Our oyster bar is open every day to offer you the best selection of seasonal seafood. OYSTERS<\/h2>\n

For oysters, we trust Maison Bidart, which produces the delicious Arcachon 3B oysters, in the city of La Teste de Buch. For several years, the company’s know-how has been recognized by medals at the Concours G\u00e9n\u00e9ral Agricole de Paris.<\/p>\n

The Gillardeau House and the Boutrais family and their famous Ostra Regal oysters are our two other producers. The Gillardeau oyster, a true jewel of the French gastronomic heritage, has been cultivating excellence for 4 generations. During their breeding, Gillardeau oysters receive all the necessary care to help them develop to their ideal maturity.
\nThe different manipulations carried out allow us to obtain an oyster of constant quality, with generous flesh and a unique taste.
\nAll these characteristics make Gillardeau oysters an institution, recognized all over the world.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css_animation=”” row_type=”row” use_row_as_full_screen_section=”no” type=”full_width” angled_section=”no” text_align=”left” background_image_as_pattern=”without_pattern” el_class=”black_content” z_index=””][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text css=””]The Ostra Regal oyster is a super special oyster with a remarkable flesh content of up to 18% of the shell.<\/p>\n

It is produced in the oyster farming areas of Brittany and Ireland.<\/p>\n

The special Ostra Regal is born in France and grows in Ireland in \u00ab conches \u00bb, natural bays enclosed in the land with only a very small mouth that connects it to the sea, as well as a large influx of fresh water, which will allow the creation of nutrients necessary for the proper development of oysters.<\/p>\n
