Our manager, Vincent Gerbaut, has been orchestrating the ballet of the waiters for fifteen years.<\/p>\n<p>Vincent has been in the business for over 30 years in Bordeaux. He made the beautiful days of the Plana in the beginning of the 90&#8217;s, then opened the Bodegon, as Manager, and created with some rugby friendships, Le Caf\u00e9 des Sports.<\/p>\n<p>He joined Jean Fran\u00e7ois Tastet&#8217;s team in 2007, and together they decided to take over the Caf\u00e9 de la Plage &#8211; Restaurant Chez Pierre.<\/p>\n<p>Today, he is blossoming at the helm of this magnificent establishment for the greatest pleasure of his customers.
